Bean soup with sour cream and cracklings
Very easy to prepare, but very tasty, and most importantly, hearty soup.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Fat

    50 g

  • Olive oil

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Broth

    600 ml

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Thyme

For this recipe you will need white kidney beans brands Mistral. It needs to be soaked overnight and then boiled.

Onions, carrots and garlic clean and chop.

In a saucepan heat the oil, add the vegetables and fry, adding the thyme, until soft. Add boiled beans, salt and pepper. Pour in the stock, bring to boil, simmer 5 minutes. Blend the soup with a blender.

Now the fat (I smoked) cut into slices and fried until it will turn brown.

Before the soup add the cracklings and sour cream. Bon appetit!!!
