Our products. Chickpeas I always cook in advance in large quantities and then freeze.
In a saucepan with a thick bottom, mix the yogurt and egg.
The flour mix well with a small amount of water to avoid lumps. Mix with the yogurt.
Add the chickpeas, place on a medium heat.
Gradually pour in the broth. Cook, stirring occasionally. Look at the consistency, the soup should be neither too liquid nor too thick.
As soon as the soup boils, thickens, boil for another 5 minutes, season with salt and remove from heat.
In a pan melt the butter.
Add the Chile and mint, to warm up for 30 seconds.
Pour the oil into the soup, mix well. Or...
... add just before serving, in a bowl.
