Soup from fresh tomatoes
Very interesting and delicious summer soup. The recipe was found in an old magazine. He I looked carefully because all the ingredients described there, had me. It was therefore decided to diversify your menu and cook it.

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    2 cup

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    8 piece

  • Bay leaf

Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the skins. Finely chop the onion. Now put it all in a pot together with salt, sugar and Bay leaf. Pour a glass of water and put on low heat. Cook for 30 minutes.

Melt in another pan the butter and mix with flour, then pour a glass of milk (I poured two, to taste). Put on fire and bring to boil, constantly mixing. Boil for 5 minutes until they begin to thicken.

Vegetables from the first pan through a sieve (I did directly in the pan), season with salt to taste. Serve together with individual cream or sour cream. Bon appetit!
