Ingredients

  • Pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

  • Water

  • Garlic

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2.5 tsp

Cooking

Bell pepper thoroughly wash, dry with paper towel. Did not clean.
