Description
Very tender, flavorful and delicious pancakes cooked in a special way. Toppings you can use according to your taste. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Pani Kasia called "Nalisniki" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Prepare the pancakes. You can cook them in my favorite recipe. Prepare the batter: mix the Milk with 100ml of water. Beat the eggs with salt and sugar and add the milk. Sift the flour, pour in the dough, add soda and stir well to avoid lumps. Then add the remaining water, vegetable oil, stir again and put the dough in the cold for 3-4 hours.
Bake thin pancakes and let cool. I helped son. While he's making pancakes I was stuffed.
Soak raisins in hot water for 15 minutes. Prepare the cheese (if it clumps, then you need to skip it through a meat grinder, to wipe through a sieve or use a blender). For the filling, mix the cheese, egg yolk, raisins, sugar (to taste), vanilla.
Prepare the tubes. The pancake [b]thin![/b] spread a layer of stuffing and a collapsible tube. You can immediately divide the filling for the number of pancakes, so you do not get an empty tube.
Cut the tube in half. Melt the butter.
To cook pancakes will be on a water bath, so have to cook 2 pans. In a pot of a smaller size placed one pancake on the bottom. In the recipe it said, dipping the rolls in melted butter, spread in a pan (then oil will go a little more!). That was not too fatty dish, I greased the tube with a brush.
In a large pot pour water and bring to a boil. Put a small pan into a large to the small bottom not touching the water. Tormented in a water bath for 1.5-2 hours on medium heat.
