Ingredients

  • Tomato juice

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yeast

    8 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

In tomato juice (warm), add salt, sugar, yeast, eggs, butter. Mix well. If the tomato juice is salty, salt is not to add!

Gradually add the flour. Knead the dough.

The filling can be any, but not liquid. Very tasty with beans, pumpkin. I made with chicken breast. Milled, roasted with onions in vegetable oil, added spices and a little cheese. Divide the dough into balls of equal size. Roll out each ball, put the stuffing, collapsible rolls and stacked in the shape of a snail.
