Rolls of zucchini stuffed with meat in egg filling
The dish is simple, but very hearty and delicious. It diversifies your autumn table. I did 2 /3rd portion – hoped for 2 zucchini.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    3 piece

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Greens

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Broth

    100 ml

  • Cheese

    6 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Wash the zucchini and slice lengthwise on a slicer into thin slices. Blanch 3 minutes in boiling salted water and drain in a colander.

Cream, sour cream mixed with 3 eggs, add cheese, broth. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg for spice. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Onions and garlic are finely chop and priority on Oli. oil. Mix with the minced meat, add seasonings, chopped herbs, 1 egg, 2 tbsp grated cheese, salt.
