I assure you, guests will be delighted! And yet - dried pepper is unmatched, as an appetizer to the barbecue!

Bell peppers can take different colors, but preferably meaty, thick-walled. So, let's proceed: wash the peppers, remove the stalk and seeds. A blanch in boiling water, then in cold water and remove the skin. I don't do it... just no time and desire. And with the skins of the peppers turn out not worse. But is you decide to shoot or not to shoot. Hereinafter, the pepper cut into 4-8 pieces depending on size. Baking tray lay a baking paper, preheat the oven to 100 degrees. Very tight to put the peppers on a baking sheet, season with salt and sprinkle with sugar. Sprinkle with spice mixture: add ground Basil, coriander and garlic powder (ground dried garlic). Of course we will have in jars and fresh garlic, but dried gives a special flavor when dried, while fresh, we will add in the jar before rolling. By the way, dried garlic sold in stores on the shelves with spices.

Put in jar a layer of pepper and garlic, poured hot oil, lightly crushed and again a layer of pepper and garlic. The last layer should be the peppers entirely covered with oil to the top of the jar. Vegetable oil takes about 200 to 300 ml, it depends on the packing density of the pepper.

Roll sterilized lids, turn and wrap to cool down. Of the proposed amount of ingredients is obtained 2 jars with a capacity of 0.5 L.
