Fish in potato scales
I really like this dish. A wonderful combination of fish and chips. As the saying goes, two in one – a fish and a side dish. Very tender and juicy fish is obtained. Help yourself

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

  • Assorted vegetable

Fish fillet (without skin and bones) to dry on a paper towel. Cut into pieces a La carte. Season with salt and pepper or sprinkle with spices for fish to taste

Cut the potatoes into thin slices along the length (if possible) or grate for chips

Fry the first side until Golden brown, gently flip. The second side until Golden brown. To potatoes well seized.
