I made this dish for Easter as stuffed eggs is a great option for a buffet. Cook them quickly and simply, and the result is remarkable.

Cooking
Cook hard-boiled eggs, rinse with cold water and remove the shell.
Cut each egg lengthwise into 2 equal halves. Remove the yolks.
Prepare the filling: open the can of cod liver, drain the oil, and the liver will chop. Combine yolks with mayonnaise, grated cheese and grind. Salt and pepper to taste. You can add the garlic. Should be very thoroughly mixed.
The resulting paste fill both halves of the egg.
Spread on lettuce leaves and decorate with black and red caviar and dill.
