1. Wash the duck and dry with paper towels 2. Preheat the oven to 150°C. cut the Orange into quarters and grate them duck.

3. Put the quartered orange and quartered one Apple inside the carcass along with a few sprigs of dill and a small piece of peeled ginger. 4. Pierce duck in several places with a fork.
