Steam dumplings with red currants
Very airy, soft dough dumplings just melt in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Citric acid

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    170 g

  • Red currants

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Butter

In flour, add citric acid and soda. Make a well and gradually add the sour milk until the dough is soft, add salt.

Leave the dough for 20-30 minutes.

Of dough to make the sausage, cut it into pieces. On a piece of flattened (not very subtly) put a teaspoon of currants and a little sugar.
