The steamer gave me literally 4 days ago, and I love... Spending a little time looking on the Internet, really recipes not found. There are few recipes, but they are more for metal steamers (ie pots). So I had to improvise and to compose several recipes into one. After a few minutes of creative torment got pretty decent food. The family liked it, I think You'll like it too. Well, now more... first we need to prepare chicken broth. There are many options, but I've made it a banal way, cook the constituent parts of the chicken in the pan. And did a little saltier than necessary. It is necessary for the filling of rice.

Chicken fillet cut into cubes, sprinkle with salt and sprinkle with spices. Leave to marinate while preparing everything else. It is advisable to pre-marinate the meat, because the steamer will not work is already done. I prepared two containers (one approximately two servings).

During cooking the broth I marinate in mayonnaise 3 legs. We're going to go, as an additional dish. Although, you can start training with legs so that they are better soaked.

The broth will give the rice a more mild flavor (such as the fight against dryness).
