Choux pastry, custard, meringue easy... Here's a "mess"!

Cooking
Pour 1 Cup. of water in a saucepan. Add salt, oil and a pinch of sugar. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and stirring constantly, add the flour. Stir until the dough starts to separate from the sides. Remove from the heat.
One drive egg. Knead until smooth.
Transfer to a piping bag. To transplant on a baking tray with paper 2 laps.
Bake at 200 deg. 15 minutes. Then the fire reduced to 150 deg. Bake for another 15 minutes. I got: 2 layers and 3 profitroli.
For the cream: mix the milk, yolks, sugar, starch and 1.5 tbsp flour. Put on fire and constantly (!) stirring, cook until thick. Then remove from heat, cool slightly and whisk with oil.
For the meringue: whites whipped with sugar. Posted to the form. Bake on low heat.
Now collect the cake: custard cake, cream, meringue, cream, custard cake and cream.
Decorated with chocolate and berries. Next time I will add berries and cream between the cakes. They give easy creamy sour cream. But it's not for everybody.
