Delicate, moderately sweet, fragrant pudding, with which to handle even a child. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user lesi under the name "bread Pudding” and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Biscuits breaks into small pieces.
Separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until whitening. Gradually, stirring, add cold milk and a little salt.

And put the mass into shape. If You choose to bake one large pudding, grease the form of butter. I baked a batch in silicone molds, so nothing to back them lubricated.
The form (or molds) are sent in a heated to 200 degrees oven and bake until then, until the edges of the pudding will not keep up with the shapes. In my oven it took 25 minutes, checking the pudding does not fall, just in case, I even checked it with a dry wooden spokes.
Get the form from the oven, allow to cool slightly, take out and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Pudding is moderately sweet, so for fans of very very sweet, you can serve it with jam, sweet sauce or ice cream or initially increase the amount of sugar in 1,5-2 times.
