This American recipe caught my attention a whole bunch of your favorite ingredients: raw grated carrots, nuts, coconut, orange juice... Carrots grate on a fine grater. You should have 2 cups (the Cup) carrots. Turn the oven on 180 degrees. Chopped nuts (e.g. walnuts) to calcinate on a frying pan without oil.
