Oatmeal
So, you all know that we are meat eaters... Sugary cereal we don't eat oatmeal... But useful mess... So a few years I can make this porridge and the whole family, even those who didn't like her before, eat a cereal with great pleasure!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    2.5 cup

  • Meat

  • Onion

  • Carrots

  • Salt

  • Water

    1.350 ml

  • Pasternak

  • Vegetable oil

  • Greens

  • Chicken egg

I make two versions: one, when I'm healthy and I can roast. Cut the meat into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until light brown.

Add grated on a grater carrots and chopped onions. Fry.

Pour 350 ml of boiling water, add salt to taste.

And simmer until ready meat. Time depends on what meat you have.

Make a flavorful broth. In a pan pour 1 liter of water, bring to the boil and add whole peeled onion and herbs according to your taste. I love root parsley and parsnips.

Now the second option. When I have stomach problems, I do not fry the meat. And cook it along with vegetables and onions. But then the broth needed salt.

Then take out the meat and cut it into pieces. Roots take out. They are not needed.

When the second variant, I do not sauté with onions, and a little passerby grated on a fine grater carrots in vegetable oil.

Beat egg with a fork with a small amount of water.

Now add the broth, oatmeal Extra. Mix well. Season with salt to taste.
