When I was 12 years old, I used to collect sets of cards with the national cuisine. I had the Georgian, Tajik, Ukrainian, Belarusian, Estonian, etc. cuisine. And that's when I searched for recipes, Estonian food, they brought me a set of postcards - those that came to visit me many years ago. This recipe with hedgehogs was in these postcards... I suggest to make these hedgehogs with their children.
