Bean-tomato soup
Flavorful and nutritious soup

Ingredients

  • Beef

    400 g

  • Beans

    0.5 cup

  • Zucchini

    250 g

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    250 ml

  • Basil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Meat pour 2 liters of cold water, bring to boil, remove the foam.

After 20 minutes in the broth, add the beans and cook for 1.5 hours.

Onions finely chop, fry until Golden brown. To the onions add grated on a coarse grater carrots. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the pureed tomatoes and Basil, bring to a boil.

Prepared meat remove from pan, cool. Cut into small pieces.

In the soup put sliced meat, pasta, zucchini, peas, tomato-onion-carrot mixture. Bring to a boil. Cook until tender pasta, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, boil for another 2-3 minutes.
