Cooking
In a saucepan put the head, tail and fins of the fish. Fill it with water.
Put it on the stove. Add in water, onion, carrots, black peppercorns, Bay leaf. Cook the broth. From svalivshihsya broth extracted the vegetables and mash them with a fork (then add in the soup). The broth is filtered.
Finely chopped onion and grated carrot saute in vegetable oil.
Potatoes clean and cut into wedges.
In boiling broth put the potatoes and mashed vegetables. Cook until cooked potatoes. Then add the sorrel (optional small pieces of fresh fish). Cook for about 10 minutes. Add peppercorn, Bay leaf. Allow to infuse for at least 30 minutes.
