Salad of scallops and bacon
Very interesting combination of scallops and bacon. This salad will diversify your Christmas table. The salad was delicious, both warm and cold.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Scallop

    100 g

  • Bacon

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

Cooking

Sea scallop allowed to thaw and pour soy sauce "Kikkoman", set aside for 10 minutes to marinate.

Take the lettuce, wash, dried with a towel, torn or cut, put on serving dish.

Finely cut petiolar celery. And put on top of lettuce.

Bacon cut into thin strips and fry a couple minutes on the pan.

The scallop dry with a towel and put the bacon, fry 1 minute on each side.

Onions cut thin half-rings and put the scallops, stir fry until transparent.

Add balsamic vinegar and simmer 1 minute.

The hot contents of the pan put on top of lettuce, sprinkle with a mixture of freshly ground pepper. Salad served warm although it is cold and tasty. All the best to You in the New year!
