Cooking
In a metal saucepan pour 1 Cup of milk, pour 1 Cup of sugar and put on fire. When the sugar has dissolved, bring the mixture to a boil and simmer on low heat 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a separate bowl pour 1 Cup milk, add flour and vanilla, mix well with a whisk to avoid lumps. Pour a thin stream of milk mixed with flour in boiling sweet milk mass, stirring constantly with a spoon. Cook until thick. As soon as the cream thickens, put in butter and it is good to dissolve it, stirring with a spoon.
The finished cream remove from heat. Cool completely.
While the filling cools, make the dough: in a small saucepan, add sugar, add broken pieces of chocolate.
Pour in the milk. Put on the fire to heat until the sugar is dissolved and chocolate. To bring the mass to a boil, add the butter, dissolve.
Remove from heat, add cold cream and mix. Cool slightly so the mixture was a little warm.
Pour the sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Mix well with a whisk, until tender homogeneous mass.
The form to lay baking paper, grease it well with vegetable oil. Put half of chocolate dough, flatten. I have a form with a diameter of 26 see
Put the custard, gently, not strongly pressing, to level.
For a cream to spread out the remaining half of the dough, just gently flatten the surface of the cream. Put in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
Readiness check with a toothpick, not sticking deeply in the pie, about 1 cm.
The finished cake to cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar or decorate to your liking.
Warm tea or coffee and help yourself! Delicious with custard cream, nice chocolate cake-the cake is ready!
