Squid salad (option batch submission)
Dear cooks, I suggest you to take a new look at the familiar squid salad. This way of presenting is highly original and aesthetic, it immediately draws attention, among other things, the abundance on the festive table. Guests will be spared from having to reach across the table to put the food in the common dishes. In General, the supply portion control – it's elegant and convenient!

Ingredients

  • Squid

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    200 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Caviar

  • Lettuce

Cooking

Squid cleaned of films and ridges, boil in salted water for 2 minutes, allow to cool. Cut into small dice..

The eggs, grate on a coarse grater or finely chop, too, I chose the second option..

Carrot and chop.

Cheese cut into thin slices (well, if asked to do so in the supermarket, but I forgot, so the pain itself). Cut cheese with cookie cutter bases for batch submission (very nice stars, but my daughter pulled this figure and hid so that she now can't find))

.. well, something like that. Leftover cheese to grate on a coarse grater, mix with squid, carrots, eggs, and 1-2 tbsp of mayonnaise, add salt-pepper to taste.

Salad gently lay on the figures of the cheese on top to decorate red caviar.
