Cooking
Butter chop with a knife with flour, sugar and baking powder and grind into crumbs. Add the egg, knead the dough. I use butter TM "Ekomilk".
Roll the dough into a ball, put in a bag and put into the fridge for 30 min.
Put the dough in shape, forming the sides. I use 20x30 rectangular form, the form does not lubricated. Prick with a fork, cover the top with baking paper and put the cargo (special balls, or any legumes). Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Bake the basis for Tarta until tender, you only need a little "baked".
Apples clear from the seeds and peel, grate on a coarse grater. Add sugar, sour cream, eggs, vanillin (on the tip of a knife). I don't like cinnamon with apples, so I used vanilla; cinnamon if You like - add it. Sugar may need more or less depending on sweetness of apples.
Spread the filling into the prepared crust, bake at 180 degrees for 40 min. to Cut better cold. Help yourself to health!
