Cooking
For the filling, pre-wash cherries, remove pits and put on a paper towel. To eggs, add sugar (I use cane sugar TM Mistral), whisk until fluffy.
To the whipped mass add vegetable oil, sour cream and vinegar, stir until smooth.
The second Cup to mix the dry ingredients: flour, soda and baking powder. Combine the two masses, get a thick dough.
In berries, pour sugar (I use cane sugar TM Mistral) and gelatin, mix well.
In the form of a, preferably releasable (d=20 cm), cover the bottom with baking paper and spread half of the dough. On the dough put the filling and cherry on top of the remaining part of the test. Bake in a preheated oven (t=180 C) for about 50-60 minutes until dry toothpick. The finished pie to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
