Small plates sandwiches with salmon and poached egg
Recently returned from vacation and brought this recipe. Every day for Breakfast I took a such sandwiches with different fillings, fish I liked the most! Just recently tried this dish and nature is very delicious, hearty and original! While roasted meat, all the sandwiches are gone.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 l

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Bread

    4 piece

  • Sunflower oil

First prepare the stuffing. Fish cut into small pieces.

Gonna marinate fish in 2 tbsp of soy sauce Cccome and 1 tbsp oil (preferably sesame).
