If the July spoils you with good weather, it's time to prepare delicious ice cream! Share another great recipe from frozen strawberries. It all simply and quickly)
Ingredients

Strawberry
500 g

Powdered sugar
100 g

Lime
1 piece

Mint
4 sprig

Rum
70 ml
Cooking
The strawberries give a little melted, to the point where it can be crushed with a blender.
Add to the strawberry puree rum, the juice and zest of lime and powdered sugar.
Add mint leaves (my mint syrup).
Again grind all until smooth.
Put the mass in molds and put into freezer until fully cured.
