Cooking
In a ladle or Cup to pour the sugar, add the flour, cocoa, coffee, vanilla and mix well.
Gradually pour in the milk, constantly stirring the mixture.
Over medium heat warm the mixture (once dissolved the sugar and coffee mixture becomes homogeneous), add the sliced butter and bring mixture to vigorous boil.
Lower the heat to minimum and, constantly stirring well, boil the mixture for 5 - 10 min. the longer you boil, the thicker the pasta.
Spread the paste in a jar or ramekin, let cool completely and remove for a couple of hours in the fridge.
