Chocolate cookies with cherries
Met online cookie recipe. As an avid cherries and sokoman just could not pass up. This cookie is only one drawback - it is always small, so, like all good ends quickly.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Powdered sugar

    60 g

  • Cocoa powder

    20 g

  • Butter

    90 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Cherry

    130 g

  • Sugar

Well-chilled butter to RUB on a large grater, to grind into crumbs with the flour, powdered sugar, cocoa, salt and baking powder. Add the egg and knead the dough until smooth. Wrap in cling film and put into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (could easily lie there and night).

If You have cherries, frozen, it must first be defrosted, and then drain off juice. I had a cherry in its own juice, so the first point I missed.

Take out of the refrigerator chilled dough and roll out to a thickness of approximately 5 mm. Cut out the form (you can just use a Cup) circles (their number must be a multiple of 2). On one of the circles spread the cherry.

Cover on top of the second round and well suscipiam the edges with a fork. Top can be sprinkled with sugar and the larger the crystals, the better. And that's what needs to be done is to pierce with a skewer a few holes on top so that the baking process was where to leave excess moisture.

Put in to bake cookies in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15-20 min Then give the liver to cool completely and enjoy. From my point of view, this cookie is perfect for the hot Cup of coffee or glass of cold milk, there's someone close.
