Cooking
fry the chopped onion until Golden brown in 2 table.l. vegetable oil
add grated on a coarse grater some carrots and stew for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until little carrot will not change color to yellowish
prepare the filling for the fish, mix into a homogeneous mass: rice, browned vegetables(onions marcovicci), Apple paste, corn, salt and pepper to taste add the stuffing brandy
fish wash, peel off the scales, remove the gills, make an incision on the back, along the spine and visivaem the inside (if You get caviar, it is also possible to add to the stuffing)
put the fish on a baking sheet, previously covered with paper and greased tightly filled with stuffing

sent in a preheated 200C oven for 30 minutes
then sprinkle the filling with grated cheese and return to oven for 20 minutes (of course, the cooking time completely depends on the oven and fish)
