Decorate
These branches of the cherry blossoms I have prepared for the decoration of the cake for your beloved friend. Now they are here waiting for its finest hour in the refrigerator in a glass container.

Ingredients

  • Mastic

  • Dark chocolate

  • The food dye

  • Topping pastry

  • Starch

  • Water

In addition to these ingredients we'll need parchment paper and a cutter to cut out flowers.

Thinly roll out the fondant and cut out flowers.

Deep cells (I used a box from under the eggs) sprinkle with cornstarch or powdered sugar and put flowers there to give them volume. Leave at least overnight, and preferably two to dry out.

When the flowers dry, cover the petals with paint, starting from the middle, so that the edges remained white.

The center of each flower to lubricate with water or honey (I have corn syrup) and sprinkle some yellow sprinkles. Let dry.

From parchment paper to make a cone, cut the end of the bag. Chocolate melt in a water bath.

Let the chocolate cool slightly. Fill the bag and squeeze the chocolate in the form of sprigs on parchment paper.

On top of the chocolate sticks to put the flowers and everything put into the refrigerator. To give the chocolate to harden well.

Remove the sprigs from the paper and put it in a plastic or glass container. Store in the refrigerator.
