Frozen meat balls in Vietnamese manners
Meatballs Ban Mi, and in fact the spicy meatballs. They are great for harvesting in the form of frozen semi-finished product. Now I will tell how one kind of meat, cooked in store, you can make four completely different dishes.

For the stuffing I took a rather fatty pork meat. Skip the pork through a meat grinder twice.

Also in the beef, add the breadcrumbs, brown sugar, egg, the chopped herbs. If necessary, salt to taste, because the meat there is the sweetness from the sugar.
