My pot roast on the ribs
Do not judge strictly, this was my first dish that I came up with. Although it was long ago, but nothing has changed!!!

Ingredients

  • Ribs

  • Potatoes

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spices

I got enough meat ribs, I cut them with the meat, but leaving a little on the ribs.

The meat is all seasoned, salted and fried until Golden brown in sunflower oil (with a smell). What with the smell is tasty and fragrant.

After frying, put in a saucepan

Added the boiling water, about 5 cm above the meat. Maybe a little less. Put on a slow fire for about 1 hour

Potatoes cut by cubes, approximately 1*1 cm

After the meat has protomelas, add potatoes.

Fry carrots and onion.

Add to the soup. That's all. Waiting for a little rest.
