Smoothies from fruits
Very tasty, fragrant, light cocktail. Dried fruit can take according to your taste and each time the taste will be new.

Ingredients

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Dried apricots

    0.333 cup

  • Prunes

    0.333 cup

  • Cinnamon

  • Flakes cereal

    3 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    0.333 cup

Cereal pour on hot griddle and fry until Golden brown and the emergence of a "nutty" flavor.

Dried apricots, raisins and prunes wash and pour 1 tbsp. boiling water. Leave for 15 minutes to soften.

In the bowl of a blender (combine) put the apricots, raisins, prunes (drained), add honey, cinnamon, toasted cereal, pour milk.

Grind all until smooth.
