Light vegetable salad with prawns is prepared quickly and just as quickly "flies away"! This recipe was posted on the website in the 2009 user ANYHOW under the name "Salad with my name "ON the FLY" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring"

Cooking
Shrimp defrost and fry in olive oil until tender.
Arugula wash, dry. The rocket leaves are quite small, I did not tear.
Avocado cut in half, remove the seeds, peel and cut into quarters. The cherry tomatoes in half.
Arugula, avocado, tomatoes and shrimp gently stir, add salt, pepper, sprinkle with olive oil and sprinkle with pine nuts.
The salad is very tasty, but went unnoticed. Maybe after "coloring" will be more willing to try it! BON APPETIT!
