My childhood Easter holiday is associated with this dessert, mom always did it that way, without butter and cheese. I sometimes call it lazy Easter, because of the lack of cheese is not necessary to do any further manipulation, and so it turns out tender. Very gentle Easter for me is non-standard, but already popular content. And since we have this whole week of Easter, it is also possible to cook it and taste it.

Cooking
Here is a set of products that we need.
Dried fruits wash with hot water and allow to drain the liquid.
Nuts also wash, dry and fry in a dry frying pan until Golden brown.
Sour cream, sugar, salt and vanilla mix. Add the dried fruit and nuts and again mix well.
In a large container (I have a pan for 5 liters) put two layers of fabric (I have coarse calico pillowcase that faithfully serves for cooking purposes for 3 years), if you take the gauze, then at least 12 layers, and pour in the cream fabric.
Tie the corners of the fabric and hung our Easter draining(this Easter should not be put under pressure, as external pressure through a cloth will filter all the sour cream and not just whey). Drain Easter will be a minimum day.
After about 6-8 hours or in the morning if you hang in the evening, remove the Easter, untie the cloth and stir the contents because it is already the edges of the glass, while inside is still runny. Then hang back. Periodically repeat the procedure until you achieve the desired consistency, Easter ready. This year I gave one Easter draining day, and the second two days, the second was more dense and dry.
