Cooking
For the dough in the bowl of a food processor, combine 1 Cup flour, baking soda, pinch of salt 90 g chilled butter. Whisk to a state of fine bread crumbs.
Add sour cream and knead soft, alipose hands on the dough. Divide the dough into 2 pieces (so then it will be easier to roll out) and refrigerate for 2 hours. "2 hours" - these are the words of the author, and the comments many have written that it is enough and 30 minutes. The choice is yours, I left in the fridge for 2 hours.
Cream cheese, egg, 1 1/2 tbsp flour, sugar and a pinch of salt, whisk until smooth. If you want to get more juicy and wet dessert, the amount of cream can be doubled.
Cook, whisking constantly, over medium heat until thick about 10 minutes - 15. Boil is not necessary. Then remove from heat, add vanilla and 45 - 50 g of butter room temperature and mix.
Preheat the oven to 200 gr. On a sheet of baking paper roll out one portion of dough into a thin layer (of arbitrary shape). Place onto a baking sheet.
Send in the oven for 7 - 12 minutes until Golden brown.
Cool slightly and smash into small pieces. Do the same with the second piece of dough.
Now the most interesting - you can assemble the dessert. On the bottom of the glass put 1 - 1 1/2 tbsp of cream, then a layer of crushed cakes.
You can also add a layer of berries (I have cranberry) or fruit, condensed milk.
Alternate layers until the cream and cakes will not end. Put in the refrigerator overnight or 6 - 8 hours.
Before serving, garnish if desired: chopped nuts, powdered sugar, berries or fruit. Bon appetit!
