Sour cream
Have you ever tried the sour cream "Tartar"? And nothing – very good. Filling tender, almost like cheesecake. Easy to cook, fast and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Berry

Make filling: cream, eggs, sugar, beat in a blender.

Puff pastry (you can use yeast, as you like) roll out with a thickness of about 1-1,5 see Put in the form, greased with vegetable oil, so that the edges a little hung.
