Arab cupcake with jelly
Very tasty and beautiful cupcake!!! This cake is not ashamed to put on the table for guests.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Pudding vanilla

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    3 tsp

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Jelly

    8 piece

  • Berry

Cooking

Softened butter to mix with sugar.

Mix dry ingredients: flour, pudding and baking powder.

To the butter, sugar add eggs and milk. Then, in the butter-egg mixture add the dry mixture. All beat up. Put the dough in a greased form.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes (cake, by the way, and very tasty).

To prepare jelly from 2 sachets according to the instructions (water to pour 350 instead of 400 ml). Let slightly cool. Pour into mold, which is baked in the cake. Put in refrigerator until firm.

When the jelly hardens, place a layer of berries.

Put baked cake upside what it was in the form. Cupcake pierced with a toothpick (often). Then prepare jelly from the remaining 6 bags (pour 900 ml instead of 1200). Jelly to cool, and then pour this jelly cupcake.

Put the cake in the fridge for 8 hours, preferably overnight (if less, then the cupcake would be like wet, but we need the cake has absorbed the jelly, and it got frozen). The form muffin put on the tray with hot water for a few seconds. Flip onto a plate.
