Pie
Flaky pie stuffed with cheese and herbs. Recipe from "the Culinary workshop".

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky yeast

    500 g

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Butter

    80 g

Cheese RUB on a grater, mash with a fork, chop the greens.

To drive in the prepared cheese 2 eggs, add melted butter, chopped herbs, mix thoroughly.

The finished dough defrost at room temperature, then roll it. The resulting cheese filling evenly distribute on rolled out dough.

Then roll the dough with a stuffing loaf.

Beat milk with remaining egg.

Lay the roll in a spiral (starting with center) in a baking pan, previously greased.

Pour milk-egg mixture and bake for 25-30 minutes at 190-200 gr. Once removed, brush the pie with butter.
