Offer you to try another simple, rustic recipe potato pan, originally from temperamental Spain. Everyone here recognizes and a little "our& ;quot;... juicy and hearty combination will especially appeal to men! Help yourself! Enjoy the sea, sun, color, taste... and perhaps unforgettable memories... in the same frying pan, without leaving home!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    800 g

  • Salmon

  • Red onion

Here is our pretty reasonable and inexpensive set of products... Products are pre-cut, so the preparation is very fast.

The potatoes are pre-boiled in their skins, rinse with cold water, allow to cool and remove Chkhorotsku. Cut into slices 1-1,5 cm

Add to the pan of potato wedges, salt sea salt with Provence herbs dobavlena. Then it all depends on the variety of potatoes... Instant, crumbly potatoes better cover with a lid and let it sit on low heat for 5-10 minutes, once mixed (if necessary - add Rast. oil!) and then fry without cover... I had potatoes, for baking or for salads, so I fry the same amount of time, but on full heat, stirring occasionally...

Add to potatoes paprika cut in cubes, stew 3-5 minutes, then sweet tomatoes, sliced (1/8 of small, i.e. quarters - in half) and olives (this is my preference!). ***For the Spanish pan har but the addition of green olives stuffed with pepper, but I'm not very Liu in hot dishes.. And for contrast at the end add the olives. I immediately cooked with olives. Sauté for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
