Cooking
All of our ingredients! Forgot the nutmeg and sugar!
Bacon cut into small pieces a La carte, based on 2-3 PCs per person. Onion cut into half rings, not to make it too small much!
The meat is fried on a dry pan. About 10 minutes over high heat, until browned on all sides. To shift our brisket to the pot and cover.
