Trout with crab sauce and garlic
Easy and delicious dinner option; many are familiar with the cream cheese for the red fish, but more often it is served with red caviar. It is more spicy and budgetary sauce, but I assure you that no less tasty! Dinner in 15 minutes - it's easy!

Ingredients

  • Trout

    2 piece

  • Spices

  • Broth

    100 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Crab sticks

    100 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Dill

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

Fish steaks should be a minimum thickness of 2 cm, rinse well.

If you have a frying pan with a good coating and it is possible to fry the steaks without butter, of course, better to do it that way, because the fish itself is quite oily. So, fry steaks with 2 sides on the fire above average to beautiful Golden brown. Salt-pepper to taste, add in the frying process.

In a frying pan with deep, preferably with a thick bottom, fry on medium heat for just a minute the flour, add the butter until it melts and intensively mix the flour and butter with a wooden spatula.

In the butter into the flour add the cream, broth, sour cream, spices to taste, stirring constantly, bring to a creamy. The sauce does NOT BOIL! Do everything on a small fire. Once reached desired consistency, switch it off and added the crab sticks. Garlic finely chop, add to the sauce. To him well suited finely chopped dill, if you like greens, add it.

Spread on a large plate the steaks, pour sauce, served with vegetables, mashed potatoes. Bon appetit!
