Fish and rice is a classic of the genre. Seems to be nothing special, no frills and ingenious culinary discoveries. But it's not so corny. A drop of tenderness, a pinch of spice, and now classics sparkle with new colors, beckoned with new flavors.

Most importantly, do not forget that salmon is a fish rather fat, and every fat content of the cream increases the fat content of the meals. I take 10%-wide cream.
