Very simple and easy recipe for turning simple sugars in holiday. Using it, I always have on hand decorations for cakes, cakes, cupcakes, and serves them with fruit, yogurt, cheese and even cereal. It's nice that the children with this sugars will eat almost anything. Color and taste can be changed according to your wishes.
Take syrup of jam - raspberry, cherry, currant, rose petal, orange..... or beet juice - raspberry, spinach - green, carrot - orange. Spread a thin layer on a baking sheet. The amount of syrup depends on the density, so focused on consistency.
Distribute a thin layer on baking paper. Cover with baking paper or a towel and set to dry on the battery, stirring occasionally.
After 12-24 hours, the sugar is ready.
You can do different faction, just sift through a sieve. Store in a tightly closed jar.
