Description

Extruded salty language
A kind of a kind of jelly with a minimal amount of broth. An excellent replacement for the ham. Took the recipe from food site, there was a video. To say that the dish is cooked quickly, it is impossible. But the result exceeds all expectations.

Cooking

step-0
Ingredients required for this dish.
step-1
Brine with salt, sugar, Bay leaves, gvozdica and pepper put it on the stove. On low heat boil for 10-15 minutes.
step-2
Give brine to cool, pour the tongues and cover with a saucer. Saucer need to ensure that the languages were completely in brine and didn't come up. Cover with a lid and put in the refrigerator. My refrigerator is tiny, so the pan is rested for 4 days on Balconey :)
step-3
4 days passed like a bullet. Wash the tongues and put it on the stove for 1.5-2 hours. The time depends on the size of languages. Salt water is not necessary!
step-4
30 minutes before the end of cooking, add the onions and carrots. 15 minutes before end of cooking add the Bay leaf.
step-5
In the form *ideally, the desired form for baking bread: a square to make a square sausage*. But my form, I have a round bowl. Spread languages. Do not forget to clean the language. It's much easier to do when still hot. When they cool, brush is almost impossible. Easier to do it in cold water.
step-6
Pour the broth, I have a form took ~ 100 ml, cover with cling film. For insurance I added 0.5 teaspoon of gelatin to 100 ml of broth because I was afraid that it is not "clutch."
step-7
Put under the press. I have a pot of water. For more severity I put another cover :) Put in the fridge for 2 hours.
step-8
Here's the result. I like to eat with black bread and mustard.
