Souffle of walnuts
Incredibly airy and delicate dessert from simple foods with walnuts. Fine French cuisine for the contest "new year tastes of the planet"

Ingredients

  • Walnuts

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    10 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Powdered sugar

Nuts grind in a blender.

Separate the whites from the yolks. RUB the yolks with sugar.

Nuts fry in a dry pan, cool.

In a bowl combine nuts with egg yolks and flour in a thin stream pour the hot milk, stirring occasionally. Put on the stove to boil with constant stirring until thick. About 7 minutes.

Proteins vzbit in a solid foam.

Not stopping to whisk, to enter the hot nut mass, mix thoroughly.

Molds grease, to fill the mass for the souffle, put for 10 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven. Highly souffle will rise but will fall when it is cool. You can decorate the powder. Very tasty, Bon appetite!
