As a debut, Boy, I offer you a delicious fruit cake. This cake was made as a gift for my husband for our anniversary!

Since the cakes I was ready, then make the cream. Unfortunately not photographed in stages, I'll just go :) Diced marshmallows, pour cream and put in the microwave. Need to marshmallows softened and increased in volume. It took me about 2 minutes. Then mix well the mass of the marshmallow and put it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Then add marshmallows to the cream cheese and blend it all until smooth. Again put them in the freezer for 30 minutes. Cut fruit slices. You can use any fruit, I took the banana, kiwi and peach. Because the cream turns sweet, it is better to take fruits with sourness. Collect the cake: grease the cake with syrup, spread cream, put on top of the bananas, cover the following cake impregnated with syrup, spread cream, then put kiwi, cover with a crust, impregnated with syrup, spread cream and canned peaches, cover with crust. I smeared the top is not cream, but you can still top and spread the cream and put the fruit - it will be as another option for decorating the cake.
Then proceed to the decoration. The fondant out of marshmallow I made in advance (did the first time :) ). From a rolled sheet of mastic made a covering for the cake. Well molded the heart and the balls :) the truth is, the mastic I did not: (apparently a lot of powdered sugar sprinkled there, so it came out crumbly. I will still try :)
