My version of preparing this wonderful dessert. Write it with a clear conscience, because it is still a bit different from those I found on the website.

Cooking
In smetana add sugar, stir and leave at room temperature. It should not be too cold.
2 packages of jelly of the same color to dissolve in hot water, taking it in amount of 2 times smaller than written on the package. Pour a thin layer in any wide capacity, cool and put in refrigerator for freezing. So do jelly other colors.
Cut fruit and store in a colander to drain excess liquid.
Frozen jelly cut into pieces. Next you need to do everything so fast that time no photo. Pour gelatin in 1 Cup hot water (not Vice versa), stir until dissolved and cooled slightly. Fruits combine with chopped jelly. Pour the dissolved gelatin into the cream, stir quickly and pour in mixture of fruits with jelly. Again all mix and put in the form.
Now you can stop and take photos. From this number of products I got 2 such forms with dessert. Put them in the refrigerator until fully cured.
To pull the dessert from the mold, you have a few seconds to hold it in hot water, cover with a suitable size dish and sharply to turn. Top can be sprinkled with coconut. I'm after a New year there are only green, but white looks better.
