Everything is easy and fast. But definitely delicious!

Ingredients

  • Adyghe cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Butter

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cheese cut into plates with a thickness of 1 cm.

Stir the egg with salt and your favorite spices. I use a mixture of dried herbs and porcini mushrooms.

Dip cheese in egg.

Fry on both sides in mixture of butter and vegetable oil.

My youngest son does not eat this cheese, and as such ate everything! A NICE BREAKFAST!
